Through a dedicated connection, VPN, or the Internet, we can deliver many Logista services outside the walls of our primary data center. These services leverage not only the investments we've made in infrastructure, applications and processes, but also the investments you've made in your own infrastructure. Linked together by a network connection, our combined assets can create powerful synergies and allow for the deployment of advanced 24x7 support at a fraction of the cost it would take to build out the same services using your own internal resources.
As with all Logista 24x7 Managed Services programs, you have no huge up-front capital expenditure. You pay for what you use, and we manage the capacity requirements allowing us to scale our environment as your business grows.
Logista provides managed services for all network devices, including circuits, servers, clusters, storage, firewalls, routers and switches.
Additionally, our network infrastructure team, comprised of certified networking professionals, handles day-to-day network operations, develops network support strategies, and operates our Network Operations Center (NOC). All Logista 24x7 Managed Services are backed by contractual service level agreements. Also, we commonly integrate the installation and configuration of new technology, as well as maintenance of critical network devices, into an overall 24x7 Managed Services program.
