Transportation Security Administration Awards Fingerprinting Contract for Hazardous Material Drivers.

Nashville, TN, January 31, 2005 - Integrated Biometric Technology, LLC (IBT) headquartered in Nashville Tennessee, has been awarded a contract by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Department of Homeland Security to provide electronic fingerprinting services. The IBT system will process fingerprints for Hazardous Material Truck Drivers under the multi-million dollar contract which begins January 31, 2005. The US Patriot Act requires truck drivers who carry or want to obtain a Hazardous Material Endorsement undergo an extensive background check. The background process requires drivers to obtain a set of fingerprints which can be sent to the FBI fingerprint database in Clarksburg, W.VA to check for any criminal history.

The contract calls for IBT to install a nationwide fingerprint network that will give truck drivers the ability to complete the fingerprint process in a fast, efficient manner thereby eliminating unnecessary down time. Charles Carroll, President of IBT, states "We are extremely excited with this announcement. Our team has worked very hard and we believe that Biometrics are going to be very important in keeping our nation safe" IBT Executive Vice President, Dick Spencer, will oversee the project. IBT is a privately held company and is joined by six subcontractors including Lockheed Martin, Hewlett Packard, US Investigations Services, Logista Solutions, Automated License Systems and Examination Management Services.

IBT provides Electronic Fingerprinting Solutions to a variety of high profile clients including airports, The United States Military, State Departments of Education and the nations banking industry. Ivan Tennyson, Chairman of IBT states "We started five years ago and in a very short time have built a company that plays an important part of this nations security."
